Green tea leaves are rich in antioxidants, hence their multiple benefits. Among other things, they have the particularity of capturing free radicals responsible for the appearance of wrinkles and aging of the skin. Consuming green tea therefore slows down the effects of time. Drinking tea also helps eliminate toxins and helps maintain a glowing complexion.
